Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at HAIMA SAREES USA INC. This Return and Refund Policy (this “Policy”) governs the conditions upon which we accept returns. We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds. This Return Policy applies only to products which are purchased and shipped within the United States. We do not and cannot accept returns from outside of the United States except to the extent required under applicable local law. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning provided for them in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. This Policy is co-extensive with, and is deemed incorporated by reference into, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service; the Privacy Policy and Terms and Service are material terms and conditions of this Policy.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Website.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Website shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Return Rights

You are entitled to make returns of any products within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of receipt if the product is received within the United States or in any jurisdiction in which returns must be permitted. We do not accept returns from any other jurisdiction.

The deadline for returning and requesting a refund for an Order is 15 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. We will provide refunds within fifteen (15) calendar days of the receipt of a return. We cannot process refunds unless you include Order information in your return, such as a packing slip or Website-generated order record of the returned items. We may contact you in order to confirm or verify information if We do not receive as part of your Return the information that is necessary to identify the Order. Third parties, including persons to whom you resell products, cannot make Returns.

We only accept returns, we don’t exchange the Goods. We will refund the invoice amount minus shipping cost you paid for the delivery of the Goods. You will also have to pay for the return shipping cost. We will reimburse You no later than fifteen (15) days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 15 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.



Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please send an email to to request a return. We will reply the email to your return address.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
